Welcome! I’m a data scientist with a passion for using data to improve healthcare, particularly patient outcomes. With a solid foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and process improvement, I specialize in translating complex data into actionable insights. My technical skills extend to data visualization, deep learning, and statistical analysis, and I have experience in diverse roles touching both the clinical and business aspects of the healthcare industry.

In my current role at Brook Health, I create and automate reports and develop dashboards to visualize company metrics, from population health to finance and strategic growth, based on the needs of stakeholders. My previous roles include working as a Senior Data Scientist at biotech startup nQ Medical developing digital biomarkers for neurodegenerative conditions such as cognitive impairment and Parkinson's disease, a contract Data Scientist at health information exchange Manifest Medex to understand pre-, mid-, and post-COVID-19 utilization trends for the state of California, a Senior Data Engineer Associate on the Research team at athenahealth, and a Healthcare Business Process Architect on the Care Management Process Engineering team at Montefiore Care Management Organization. As a Ph.D. candidate at Northeastern University, I worked as a research assistant the Healthcare Systems Engineering Institute where I worked as Lead Engineeon projects at Atrius Health and Mt. Auburn Hospital funded by the Agency of Healthcare Quality and Research Patient Safety Learning Laboratory (PSLL) $4M grant in collaboration with Harvard School of Public Health.
I have contributed to the field through numerous publications, including studies on digital biomarkers for neurodegenerative conditions, healthcare utilization during the COVID-19 pandemic, and patient access to care. These publications reflect my ability to conduct rigorous research and translate complex data into meaningful insights. I have a strong background in technical writing, having also authored conference papers and technical reports in addition to peer-reviewed journal manuscripts. My communication skills enable me to effectively present findings to diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving strategic decision-making.
My commitment to excellence is underscored by certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CITI certifications Biomedical Research Investigators, Social and Behavioral Research Best Practices for Clinical Research, Good Clinical Practice, and Conflicts of Interest. I’m dedicated to leveraging data to enhance patient care and healthcare outcomes.
Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to collaborating and leveraging data to make a positive impact in healthcare. Feel free to connect with me to discuss potential projects or opportunities.
